Background
Before focusing on software and research, I maintained B-1B and KC-135 airframes in the United States Air Force. Work in that environment rewarded procedural discipline, careful diagnosis, and respect for the difference between a plausible explanation and a verified condition.
I bring that same outlook to software. My current interests span artificial intelligence, educational technology, knowledge modeling, adaptive assessment, data visualization, accessibility, and applied systems development.
Good technical work should make it easier to see what is happening, why it is happening, and where uncertainty remains.
